How It Began

Grounded Beginnings in the Heart of Ballia

Founded in 2020, Balliawala Pariwar emerged from a raw, lived reality. It did not begin in a corporate board room, but in the crop fields and mud-walled neighborhoods of Ballia, Uttar Pradesh. Our founders realized that rural India didn't need temporary charity; they needed sustainable infrastructure, dignity, and local support networks.

We wanted to co-create a system where young people didn't feel forced to abandon their home villages to seek low-paying labor in far-off urban hubs. By centering our efforts around Atma Nirbhar Bharat (Self-Reliance) and Seva Dharma (Duty of Service), we dedicated our resources to establishing neighborhood education, elder residency centers, and mobile medical drives directly where they were needed most.

The Early Milestones

From One Block to a Nine-State Pilot & Expansion Vision

In our early months, our team of local volunteers went door-to-door to identify specific community issues—finding that children lacked basic internet/computer access and that older residents had no local diagnostic clinics.

We started with simple digital tutoring drives for 500 rural students, which eventually evolved into our structured Mohalla Coaching System. Today, BPF’s programs are scaling up. While our core operations are firmly established in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Delhi, we are actively running pilot campaigns and expansion drives across nine states of India to bring our sustainable model to new communities.
